What are AZA United's DDD Services?
AZA United offers three primary Direct Support Services that are funded through the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). To qualify, individuals must also be approved through the Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS). Contact our Family Support Team if you need help applying for DDD/ALTCS eligibility.
- Habilitation: Life skill development services at home and in the community.
- Respite: Caregiving support to provide relief for parents.
- Attendant Care: Assisting individuals with daily living tasks and personal care needs.
