DDD Parent Providers
(Parents as Paid Caregivers)
If your child qualifies for Habilitation or Attendant Care services through DDD, you may be eligible to provide paid caregiver services as a DDD Parent Provider. This program is also known as “Parents as Paid Caregivers” and is allowable under Arizona’s Medicaid waiver program. AZA United helps parents understand how to become a parent provider, to meet all program requirements, and to effectively provide meaningful paid care for your child.
What is a Parent Provider?
If your child qualifies for Habilitation and/or Attendant Care services through DDD/ALTCS, you may be eligible to provide some or all of these services as a paid Parent Provider. AZA United is committed to supporting our families and we are pleased to be able to offer this opportunity for interested parents.
- Individualized Support: Our dedicated Field Support Team is always available to help every provider succeed.
- Free Certifications & CEUs: Our Training Team hosts free First Aid, CPR, Article 9 & DCW classes for providers.
- Simplified Processes: We make it easy to be an effective Parent Provider.
