Article 9 Training
Online Registration
Article 9 Training is a required certification for anyone providing DDD services. AZA United offers frequent Article 9 training classes to all AZA employees and providers for free. Members of the general public or providers for other agencies may also register for a fee.
Article 9 classes are virtual unless noted otherwise and advance registration is required. To sign up, click on your preferred date below and follow the instructions to register.

Article 9 Training
AZA United is a leading Article 9 training site in Arizona. There is no fee for employees, job applicants or Parent Providers. All others may enroll for a discounted fee.
Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 2 days of the training or for no-shows. If the training is canceled by AZA United, participants will receive a full refund.

First Aid & CPR
We offer a free First Aid & CPR training class for current employees and new applicants. This training is also available to the public for a fee.
DCW Training
Direct Care Worker Training is an AHCCCS requirement for all Attendant Care providers in the state of Arizona.

PROUD Training is the newest version of DDD’s de-escalation techniques class for appropriate behavioral strategies.
