Arizona Autism United is a leading nonprofit community organization seeking experienced and passionate Behavior Technicians for our ABA Treatment Services team.
Behavior Technicians work under the direction of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA), on clinical teams providing high quality in-home ABA programs for children with autism throughout the valley. Applicants must have previous experience working with multiple children on the autism spectrum, preferably with training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
This position includes extensive training, ongoing professional development, competitive pay, raises every six months, and placement in a clear career path that includes advancement and the opportunity to become a licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Positions are available valley-wide!
Staff must be able to provide their own transportation to commute to and from client homes in different areas of the valley. Required experience includes at least 6 months of direct care for children with autism.
All staff in this position will complete an extensive training period that includes completing the requirements to become a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Applicants who already have the RBT credential will qualify for a higher starting pay rate.
