Job Overview

Behavior Coaches are behavioral health technicians that work under the direction of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA), on a clinical team helping train families throughout the valley to implement and sustain effective interventions in the context of their day to day lives.

  • The position of Behavior Coach is a Full Time, Salaried Position that includes a competitive benefits package, compensation for travel, with automatic pay increases every six months. Coaches are important members of a clinical team and as such their duties include working in the field directly with families as well as office based collaboration on treatment planning and data analysis.

  • Applicants should have experience working with autism, aggressive behaviors, challenging home environments and be able to provide their own transportation to client’s homes and the office. Experience working in the behavioral health system is preferred. Candidates must be able to remain professional in a variety of challenging environments. Due to the nature of this job, high quality work is expected and rewarded.
