ABA Instructional Technician

Looking for a Career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)?


Arizona Autism United is a leading nonprofit community organization seeking experienced and passionate ABA Technicians for our Behavioral Consultation Services team.

ABA Techs work under the direction of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA), on clinical teams providing high quality in-home ABA programs for children with autism throughout the valley. Applicants must have previous experience working with multiple children on the autism spectrum, preferably with training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

This position includes extensive training, ongoing professional development, competitive pay, raises every six months, and placement in a clear career path that includes advancement, supervision, and the opportunity to become a licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Positions are available valley-wide!

Staff must be able to provide their own transportation to commute to and from client homes in different areas of the valley. Part-time applicants must have at least 2 weekday afternoons available (3:00-6:00 pm). Required experience includes at least 6 months of direct care for children with autism and 12 college semester hours of related coursework.

All staff in this position will complete an extensive training period that includes completing the requirements to become a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Applicants who already have the RBT credential will qualify for a higher starting pay rate.
