Paulina Tiffany has been proud to work at AZA United since 2010. She is a graduate from the Nonprofit Leadership Academy at the ASU Loadstar Center. She has been an active leader in the autism community since 2009 when her amazing son was diagnosed at the age of 2. Since then, Paulina has provided support and guidance in English and Spanish to many families in Arizona by assisting them with systems navigation, advocacy and connecting to appropriate community resources. She has also participated in many panels and conferences to increase public awareness of Autism Spectrum Disorders. Paulina has also planned and coordinated AZA United’s annual conferences and fundraising activities since 2013. Before her position at AZA United, Paulina worked with the Arizona State University Department of Speech and Language as an interventionist for children with speech delays. In addition to supporting families affected by autism, Paulina’s passions are fundraising, special events and working with the outstanding AZA United team!
