Carey Beranek is a licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 25 years of experience in behavioral health services. She currently serves as the Vice President of Children and Youth Services at Arizona Autism United (AZA United), where she oversees the delivery of ABA treatment, speech therapy, and occupational therapy across the organization.
As a senior leader at AZA United, Carey brings deep expertise in evidence-based practices, program development, performance management, staff training, community education, quality assurance, clinical outcome measurement, and public policy advocacy. She served as the 2022 President of the Arizona Association for Behavior Analysis (AzABA), and has also held roles as Treasurer and Chair of the Public Policy Committee.
Carey earned her M.S. in Psychology in 2009, obtained her BCBA certification in 2010, and became licensed in Arizona in 2011. She is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based care, cultivating skilled and compassionate providers, and advancing services that improve the quality of life for autistic individuals and their families.
