Carey Beranek is the Vice President and Clinical Director of Children and Youth Services at Arizona Autism United. She oversees ABA treatment services, speech and occupational therapy services, and habilitation and respite services. Carey is an experienced behavior analyst with over 20 years experience providing ABA and behavioral health services in residential treatment, home, school, and clinic settings. With over 10 years of senior leadership experience, she has gained extensive expertise in ABA intervention, program development, performance management, staff training, public speaking, quality monitoring, clinical outcome measurement, and public policy advocacy. Carey is the 2022 President of the Arizona Association for Behavior Analysis (AzABA), past Treasurer, and past Public Policy Committee chair. She received an M.S. in Psychology in 2009, her BCBA in 2010 and her AZ license in 2011. She is passionate about delivering assent-based treatment, developing skilled and compassionate providers, and advancing the way the ABA industry monitors client outcomes.
