Staff Bio - Shannon Scheidt

Shannon Scheidt has over 20 years of professional human resources experience, working for both non-profit and for-profit organizations. She chose to pursue a career in human resources after completing an internship her senior year at Colorado State University, where she received her bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies. Helping others succeed is a passion, and she found she enjoyed combining her understanding of human behavior and love of people with the tactical and strategic skills needed to run a business.

Shannon has extensive experience managing all areas of the employment lifecycle, including recruitment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, legal compliance, employee engagement, organizational design and strategic workforce planning. Shannon also holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, and a Senior Professional HR Certification from the Society of HR Management.
