Lynda McKay, is a mother of a daughter and son.  Her son was developmentally delayed and started receiving various special education services since at the age of two.  She has seen first-hand how early ABA therapy intervention can positively impact a child’s development growth, cognitive expansion and social interactions.

Lynda is an Human Resources Consultant-Business Partner of her company HRextension. As an HR consultant she has directly supported AZA United human resources initiatives throughout the years and is thrilled to be once again involved with ‘helping as many families as possible with individualized supports”!

She is originally from Amherst, NY and enjoys camping with her family, going to garage sales, watching the Buffalo Bills play and being entertained by sci-fi books and shows.

"I became a AZA United board member because I deeply care about all unique children and believe in each one achieving their highest potential."
