“As a parent of a kid affected by ASD, an A-lister, as I like to say, I took great interest in the work of AZA almost a decade ago. It has been my privilege to provide pro bono advice to the organization over the years and to now be asked to serve on its board. The organization has continued to grow over the last 10+ years, which reflects not only the reality that so many families are underserved and in need of AZA’s services, but also the empathy and warmth that AZA’s providers display in their interactions with the organization’s clients and their families. I consider it an honor to be able to assist AZA in continuing to provide its much needed services to an ever growing number of families affected by ASD and to make sure as a Board Member that we preserve this organization’s unique role and mission.”
