AZA United employs a dynamic team of licensed Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide services and supports in a variety of programs. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is foundational to our treatment philosophy, and as the organization grows we are always looking for talented and passionate BCBAs to join our team. Programs include early intensive behavioral intervention, adolescent and young adult crisis intervention, clinical family coaching, and school-based consultation.
We offer full-time salaried positions for BCBAs with highly competitive pay and excellent benefits. Compensation is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications. For candidates with extensive experience and qualifications, senior level supervisor and manager roles may be available.
