B. Don Taylor III is the Chief Presiding Judge of the Phoenix Municipal Court. Before entering the field of court administration, Don practiced law as a prosecutor in Arizona and a legal officer at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia. He has a J.D. from the University of Arizona and an LL.M. from Leiden University in The Netherlands. He has published several works on the procedural law of the international criminal tribunals and the International Criminal Court and has taught at the law faculties of Washington University in St. Louis and VU University Amsterdam. Don also has a son with autism, and his personal interests include classic British roadsters, model ship-building, and spending time with his family.
